Hutchison & Steffen Partner Joseph R. Ganley Joins Board of Directors For Green Our Planet

Hutchison & Steffen’s Senior Litigation Partner, Joseph R. Ganley, has joined the Board of Directors for Green Our Planet. Green Our Planet is a creative, entrepreneurial, non-profit conservation organization that operates a free crowdfunding platform, offering a unique funding and educational model to help individuals and organizations reach their mission goals, while supporting innovative education and conservation efforts. This includes one of the fastest-growing school garden programs, The Outdoor Garden Classroom, in the United States. As a member of the Board, Ganley will be involved in all aspects of advancing Green Our Planet’s school garden programs.

“Green Our Planet is doing tremendous work in Clark County schools all over the valley, implementing its garden programs and enhancing each school’s STEM curriculum,” said Ganley. “I am honored and excited to be a member of the Green Our Planet Board, with all of its creative and dynamic members. They are a great group led by Ciara Byrne and Kim MacQuarrie.”

Ganley has significant trial experience and has successfully litigated a variety of business and commercial cases through trial. He practices in virtually every aspect of business and commercial litigation, including real estate, construction, employment, intellectual property, insurance, casino markers, reverse mergers, healthcare, probate, corporate and transactional, mechanic’s lien, and contract litigation. Ganley attended Boston University School of Law, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Trial Advocacy and was a finalist in the ATLA National Trial Team Competition. As a law student, Joe clerked at the United States Attorney’s Office in Las Vegas. Ganley has earned a host of accolades for his legal work over the years, including Mountain States Super Lawyer, Legal Elite, and Top Lawyer. He is admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts of Nevada and Massachusetts, and the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
