Todd Moody was one of just a few attorneys that participated in the 10th Annual Celebration for Adoption Day. The festivities and adoption finalization hearings took place at Family Court. The Department of Family Service’s goal was to conduct hearings to finalize adoptions for 40 children that were currently a part of the foster care system. Todd represented 18 families for a total of 28 children and all families left the courthouse today with a Decree of Adoption in their hands.
